Do you ever wonder why it's so easy to doubt yourself and yet so hard to let go of the bad things that keep the doubts around to begin with?

I don't feel as though I can write. Or communicate with anyone or that anyone understands me or notices me. Or even cares.

It's so heavy under here and all the lights have gone.....

I'm choking on the dark.
