I've come to the conclusion that the rudest customers are the people who have never been on this side of the fence. This side being the side of servitude and kissassness. I'm so tired of certain people. If you don't bend over backwards, kiss their ass while balancing everything on one knee and *using* a OMG I LOVE TO SERVE YOU type of voice, they're just not happy.
