I'm tired of coughing

tired of sneezing

I'm tired of sleeping,

tired of not sleeping enough.

I'm tired of feeling alone

tired of being alone.

I'm tired of missing people

tired of never being missed.

I'm tired of everything.

Down to the fluff in the carpet,

to the bumps on my ceiling.

I'm tired. And I want to crawl into bed and pull the covers over my head for a long, long time.
