You know, I have really tried to be a Gillian Welch fan. Really. But I just can't do it. I try and try and bleurgh.. she just doesn't connect with me.

For those who don't know, Gillian is a musical force, bluesy-folky in origin, who is a critic's wet dream.

I put on the earphones tonight at the store and gave her new one a whirl and it left me colder than a kool-aid icepop. I just don't get it.

In other news, I have absolutely nothing to say. No way to say it and no how. Blah de blah fuckin'blah.
